After our phone call with Nick he reserved the car for us by taking it off Autotrader and gave us a week to get down to see the car, in a non pressured environment. He was happy with us looking around the car and going for a test drive. Additionally, Nick provided a rough PX value for our car, which he honoured. The price we paid the car was also agreed in advance. Great service with a friendly and honest attitude
