Having bought my car in March I found I had an issue. I was nervous about if Nick would honour his word of "any problems, I will get it fixed". I have been so impressed with Nick. Nothing has been too much trouble. He has tirelessly and at considerable expense, I imagine, had my car into a specialist until the problem was diagnosed and now fixed. He said he would do it and he has been good on his word. If you are at all nervous about buying from Nick, don't be. His customer service is exceptional. I have already recommended Nick to a neighbour and would have no issue recommending him again. 5 Stars only because I cant give 6!!

I bought an Audi Q5 and was able to drive it away on the day , the process was quick and simple. A small fault was found with the car and Nick did not hesitate to get the issue rectified ASAP.
