I purchased a £7500 car from Taylor Trading and it's been a pleasurable experience from the start. The owner runs a bespoke service and the evening appointments offer a family man like myself great flexibility when spare weekends are a rare commodity. The car itself is first class from what I have experienced, after the downpour of snow since purchasing. Very clean/tidy and drives nicely. Taylor Trading is a home run family business and they were far from your pushy salespeople, which was very refreshing. I haven't had any issues but feel any after sales queries would be just as accommodating. I would definitely purchase from Taylor Trading again.

I bought a 2007 Volvo C30 on November 2017 from Taylor Trading. Before buying it I could drive it and I noticed that it was in a very good condition. It had the full history and all the MOTs information. They gave me all the information they knew about the car. After a month the car had a minor problem and I called Taylor Trading. The car was under warranty, so I was offered a substitution car while mine was repaired in a Volvo center. I live in Milton Keynes, more than one hour away, so it was very much appreciated the effort of bringing here the substitution car. I have nothing but good words about buying my car in Taylor Trading. Compared to my previous experience buying a car, this one has been much better.

You are a horrible petty man! 4 times you disconnected the call earlier, maybe because of a sale which shows how desperate you are for money. You are absolutely rubbish at having a decent conversation. You don't take a min to listen and in a rush constantly. I can imagine how your after sales would be. And your vibe over the phone is just beyond negative. You are a horrible man! I wanted to book an appointment but you didn't want to give me a time. You are sick! You lost £13k

As I explained when you phoned I was in the middle of dealing with another customer so could not answer your questions at that time. When we last spoke i was going to come back to you with some suspension information but before i had a chance you left this review.

I do not appreciated your blurting out about the condition of my vehicle when you returned my vehicle!Your focus is in the wrong direction Nick, you clearly do not have your focus on pleasing your client! "we pride ourselves on the great service" is simply not true!If you have any comment to make it should be focused on your inadequacies e.g. not preparing the vehicle thoroughly before delivering it in the first place and an apology! Nick your attitude is appalling, you do not place your customer first, you portray a selfish and self-centred attitude which is disgusting!Your Mercedes specialist did not even have the curtesy of cleaning and vacuuming the vehicle after the issues/repair which is very unusual! The invoice from your Mercedes specialist reflects key batteries replacement, however the key lock/unlock did not work, I had to purchase two new batteries!Three door handle exterior lights replaced with different color lights!Nick, I am still waiting for my previous questions to be replied to, when will you reply?
