I purchased a £7500 car from Taylor Trading and it's been a pleasurable experience from the start. The owner runs a bespoke service and the evening appointments offer a family man like myself great flexibility when spare weekends are a rare commodity. The car itself is first class from what I have experienced, after the downpour of snow since purchasing. Very clean/tidy and drives nicely. Taylor Trading is a home run family business and they were far from your pushy salespeople, which was very refreshing. I haven't had any issues but feel any after sales queries would be just as accommodating. I would definitely purchase from Taylor Trading again.

I bought a 2007 Volvo C30 on November 2017 from Taylor Trading. Before buying it I could drive it and I noticed that it was in a very good condition. It had the full history and all the MOTs information. They gave me all the information they knew about the car. After a month the car had a minor problem and I called Taylor Trading. The car was under warranty, so I was offered a substitution car while mine was repaired in a Volvo center. I live in Milton Keynes, more than one hour away, so it was very much appreciated the effort of bringing here the substitution car. I have nothing but good words about buying my car in Taylor Trading. Compared to my previous experience buying a car, this one has been much better.

Went to see VW Touareg. It has stains on the bonnet, so i did ask the question what was done with the paint. The answer i was given by Nick was-Nothing, its normal. I know cars better than you. Later when wanted to open the bonnet and engine cover, i have been told that i can not open it as i wont be able to put it back, or i will have to pay £600 to replace it. How can you buy a car without looking at the engine.???.

I'm sorry that your experience was not positive. The paint finish on the bonnet did have some orange peel but this is not uncommon as i showed you. I'm just trying to provide you with the benefit of my experience. Whilst i'm happy to let customers look under the bonnet i'd prefer that parts are not removed. I wish you luck in your search.

The rudest salesman I have ever met, his behaviour unacceptable and insulting. With constant instructions on how to drive while I was test driving. Got angry and spoke insultingly to me because I drove a high performance car at 4 thousand rpm.

Thank you for feedback & i apologize that you felt this way. I asked you not to speed as you were driving @ at least 45mph in a 30 limit in a road with a school. As you can see from my other reviews, generally test drives go without a hitch.

You are a horrible petty man! 4 times you disconnected the call earlier, maybe because of a sale which shows how desperate you are for money. You are absolutely rubbish at having a decent conversation. You don't take a min to listen and in a rush constantly. I can imagine how your after sales would be. And your vibe over the phone is just beyond negative. You are a horrible man! I wanted to book an appointment but you didn't want to give me a time. You are sick! You lost £13k

As I explained when you phoned I was in the middle of dealing with another customer so could not answer your questions at that time.
